Role Overview
Handling customer inquiries by phone or via our ticketing tool
Analyzing customer inquiries, providing solutions and advising on software usage
Documenting inquiries and communicating issues that arise within the team
Escalating customer needs to our development team
Requirements
You are bilingual in German/French or German/English
Motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to learn are our top priorities
You present yourself naturally, with energy and a friendly smile
Excellent communication skills, a talent for explaining concepts, and reliability characterize you
You enjoy researching and finding solutions
You are IT-savvy and enjoy working with software
You will receive internal training on the software and the various processes
