You proactively contact decision-makers and personalize your messages (phone, LinkedIn, email, etc.) to generate inbound and outbound leads, qualify them, and schedule sales meetings
You are creative and look for new ways to generate leads
Cold calling makes up nearly 90% of your working time. Your target is to make 60 calls per day
You attend trade shows and other events to network with exhibitors
You maintain your customer data in our CRM
Depending on your performance and length of service, you can progress to an Account Executive role or a leadership position!
Requirements
You speak German fluently, both written and spoken, and have a good command of English
You are a hunter: creative, positive, and have a very dynamic personality
You are imaginative and enjoy proposing new solutions to reach your targets
You are not afraid to pick up the phone and convince prospective customers
You are very outgoing and have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
You are eager to learn and want to continuously develop yourself while helping to advance your colleagues and the company
It’s a plus if you are familiar with some of these tools: LinkedIn, Pipedrive, Ringover, Modjo, HubSpot…
You speak other languages — French is a particular advantage
