Provide insights into the financial and capacity implications of various scenarios to support strategic decision-making.
Facilitate collaboration between departments to identify and leverage cost-saving opportunities, considering capacity constraints and growth projections.
Design and implement dashboards that provide department-specific insights while showcasing cross-functional impacts and capacity utilization.
Serve as a consultant to departmental leaders, offering insights and recommendations on cost management strategies, capacity planning, and the integration of both aspects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic cost management, financial consulting, and capacity planning.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends in cost management, capacity planning, and financial technologies.
