About this role

Leading the execution, quality, and continuous improvement of the assessment lifecycle from initiation through final executive readout and integration handoff.
Providing day-to-day leadership for assessment delivery and ensuring standardized and timely execution.
Partnering cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, client-ready outcomes.
Assisting with coordination, distribution, and reconciliation/validation of Assessment templates.
Overseeing the compilation of final deliverables for distribution to the client executive team after the assessment readout.

3-5 years of experience in healthcare and/or hospital revenue, preferably Acute hospital experience
Working knowledge of acute and physician revenue cycle processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong strategic, analytical, project management, communication, and team leadership skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ensemble Required Certification: Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or other approved job-relevant certification
