Lead enterprise-level programs and complex initiatives from intake through execution and closure, ensuring alignment to EPM governance and SOM standards
Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Provide clear, concise program status reporting and recommendations to executive and senior leadership
Drive process optimization initiatives using EPM and SOM frameworks to improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability
Apply end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) expertise to initiatives impacting front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end operations
Lead and mentor project managers and program team members assigned to enterprise initiatives

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of progressive experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in healthcare or complex service organizations
Strong end-to-end (E2E) Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) expertise required
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies
Demonstrated knowledge of PMO / EPM governance models and structured delivery frameworks
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt strongly preferred
Experience leading process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives
PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus
