Coordinate all types of learning events end-to-end, covering both customer and employee training initiatives.
Leverage the Nokia Learning and Development Hub, Visual Planning, and other internal tools to execute training-related activities.
Assist in the coordination of certification programs and worldwide training rollouts.
Manage training calendars and waitlists, and support go/no-go decision-making for open sessions.
Coordinate and support lab connectivity testing to ensure technical session readiness.
Act as the main point of contact for all training event–related requests from clients and internal functions (e.g. Delivery Managers).
Ensure full event preparedness, including both pre-training setup and post-training follow-up activities.
Requirements
You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Event Management, Human Resources, or Education, or equivalent practical experience.
You have up to 2 years of experience in the following areas: Training Support or Event Co-Ordinator or Administrative support or a similar role. Or experience working with internal teams or customers in a professional environment.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent English written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
Ability to work across different time zones in a global environment.
