Provide managerial and operational support under the direction of the Deputy Operations Manager
Oversee day-to-day branch operations
Assume managerial responsibilities in the Deputy Operations Manager’s absence
Perform other duties as needed, depending on business circumstances
Participate in “on-call” duties for the department’s emergency phone when scheduled
Requirements
Supervisory and facilitation experience
Strong organization and communication skills
Experience in assisting with new hire training
Proficiency with Google Drive apps, Microsoft Office and previous experience with a CRM system
Salesforce experience is highly regarded, but not essential!
This position requires ability to frequently lift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs, as well as frequent bending, stooping, and squatting over the course of a full work shift
At least 21 years of age and physical capability to meet company and DOT driving requirements
Maintain current Wilderness First Responder, CPR, & Epinephrine certifications
Must pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug test
A willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and work weekends and/or holidays
