Develop comprehensive brand marketing strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with global/IMG/ASEAN strategies and FVL’s vision.
Support conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform effective business planning and strategy development.
Lead the creation and implementation of actionable marketing plans to achieve targets.
Develop and execute marketing activities to build and sustain strong brand awareness, consideration, and purchase intent for Ford.
Implement global best practices to elevate Ford's brand image and market share in Vietnam.
Develop and execute impactful monthly marketing, brand promotion, and partnership programs aligned with company initiatives and sales objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree can be an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales or a related field within a fast-paced, dynamic industry (e.g., consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics), preferably in the automotive sector.
At least 7 years of experience in a managerial capacity, demonstrating leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Strong understanding of sales & marketing operations, with practical experience of marketing concepts implementation supporting the sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Vietnamese), with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to various audiences.
