Role Overview
- Coach and develop the BDR team
- Own the outbound system and evolve outbound motion
- Carry a small strategic-accounts quota with executive-level outreach
- Run weekly 1:1s, team standups, and sequence reviews
- Partner with VP of Sales on outbound strategy and execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B outbound sales or business development experience
- demonstrable experience running email and LinkedIn-led outbound programs
- Proficiency with Apollo.io, including sequence architecture, sender configuration, and workflow automation
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading other BDRs or SDRs
- Strong written communication skills
