Execute the full recruitment lifecycle for a broad spectrum of roles, from hourly technical staff to executive leadership.
Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates using advanced tools and techniques.
Conduct strategic intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and interview frameworks.
Coordinate and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit for open positions, manage candidate communications and ensure seamless candidate experience.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, compensation benchmarks, and strategic guidance.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Champion process improvements and contribute to the evolution of our talent acquisition strategy.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate conversion rates).
Partner with HR to support retention strategies.
Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Requirements
7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in the chemical manufacturing, chemical trading or chemical R&D environments.
Demonstrated success with recruiting across a wide range of disciplines and seniority levels, including technical and executive roles.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred.
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
