AlphaSense is a company that provides AI-driven market intelligence solutions to help businesses make informed decisions. They are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full life-cycle recruitment for their Product & Engineering teams, with a focus on enhancing the hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with key product and engineering hiring managers to scale their respective teams, advising them on search strategy from role intake to close
- Collaborate with hiring teams and scheduling coordinators, own full-cycle recruiting and use data to make tactical decisions that improve the end-to-end search process
- Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of reducing bias and making the best hiring decisions
Requirements:
- Full life-cycle recruitment experience across Product & Engineering teams
- Ability to flex to other functional roles on an as-needed basis
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Thoughtful communication skills
- Experience using an ATS (specifically Greenhouse)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other sourcing methods
- Knowledge about talent in the B2B SaaS space
- Ability to understand competencies and skills necessary to succeed
- Ability to properly vet candidates to uncover competencies
- Passionate about the business and able to convey the value proposition to prospective candidates
- Organized and methodical approach to recruitment
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work as a team player
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to shift quickly due to business needs
- Experience advising hiring managers on search strategy
- Experience using data to make tactical decisions in the recruitment process
