Strategy & conceptualization: Lead workshops to identify business objectives and develop clear HubSpot strategies.
Hands-on implementation of strategies directly within the HubSpot instance (e.g., automations, pipeline setup, custom objects).
Operational support for integrating interfaces (APIs/apps) with the client’s existing IT infrastructure.
Continuous analysis of HubSpot performance and direct implementation of improvement measures.
Identification of growth opportunities and technical enhancement of existing solutions (upselling).
Requirements
Strong experience with the HubSpot platform
Proven experience facilitating workshops and developing concepts/strategies
Experience developing sales and marketing funnels
Deep knowledge of CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Very good German language skills are required
Good English skills
