About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute the partnerships strategy primarily in Türkiye,
Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships including customer loyalty programs, HR benefits platforms, corporate companies,
Identify, approach, negotiate, and close mutually beneficial partnership agreements that generate measurable commercial results.
Research and secure bulk purchase agreements with private schools, educational institutions, and learning centers.
Identify new business development opportunities, including expansion into new segments and institutional channels.
Identify and establish collaborations with NGOs supporting educational initiatives;
Explore and secure funding opportunities and sponsorships for NGO-related educational projects where applicable.
Lead negotiations on partnership terms and conditions.
Conduct market analysis, prepare pitch decks, commercial proposals, reports, and all required partnership documentation.
Requirements
Long lasting Sales experience to match the tasks offered.
Outstanding understanding of Turkish market;
A great command of Turkish at C2 and English at C1 languages;
Experience in working and achieving results in a remote first environment.
