Work to ensure the Scrum framework is understood, applied, and promoted across the organization.
Facilitate mapping and propose improvements to the Scrum implementation processes within development teams.
Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client’s business needs, proposing business solutions that best meet those needs.
Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog.
Ensure Scrum events take place and that their objectives are achieved.
Support the Scrum Team in removing impediments.
Assist with team self-organization by suggesting techniques and facilitating processes and people.
Analyze the company’s business processes to determine the best way to implement and maintain SAP.
Configure the system according to established needs and requirements.
Provide support and train users on correct system usage.
Perform system tests to ensure proper functionality.
Provide continuous support and maintenance for the system.
Map business requirements through consultations, analysis, and targeted observations.
Assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
Identify and resolve issues that may affect software performance.
Work on the functional and business layers of Business Intelligence/Analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate course (specialization, master’s or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.
SAP Academy course (or equivalent) in the module in which you will work.
Desired experience: 4 years with the main SAP products/modules implemented in People Management – HCM, OM, PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP and Business Warehouse (BW).
Strong knowledge of people management.
