Develop and implement a holistic learning and development strategy under the LOQU Academy
Establish and maintain partnerships with training providers and external experts
Design and deliver training programs covering technical skills, leadership, and retail know‑how
Introduce modern learning methods and digital tools for efficient, scalable training
Ensure continuous feedback loops to improve learning offerings
Manage the Academy budget and resources in coordination with the Head of People
Work closely with People, business units, and management to analyze needs and set priorities

Several years of experience in personnel development, ideally in retail or service environments
Solid expertise in Learning & Development, instructional design, and digital learning technologies
Strong communication and leadership skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to implement innovative concepts
Business‑fluent German and English
Willingness to travel (occasionally)
