Strategic and operational HR support for Area Managers and retail leaders
Advising on employment-law, organizational and personnel matters
Support for typical retail topics: performance and absence discussions, in-store conflicts, rapid replacements, field onboarding, implementation of standards, and employee development
Contributing to the development and implementation of our People and Retail strategy
Close collaboration with the recruiting team to fill key retail positions
Supporting measures for employee engagement and retention
Active participation in HR projects and processes to further develop our organization
Requirements
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner — demonstrable experience in the retail environment (must have) (experience in optical retail/hearing acoustics advantageous)
Strong knowledge of German employment law
High advisory competence, empathy and strong communication skills
Strong commercial/entrepreneurial understanding and enjoyment of close collaboration with the business
Willingness to travel within Germany
Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for the opportunity to shape the role
