Strategic HR advisory to senior-level leaders and management across the EMEA region
Support and implementation of organizational development and change projects
Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle (performance management, development, retention, onboarding & offboarding)
Advising on employment law matters in an international context (in collaboration with Group Legal)
Designing and further developing leadership, talent and succession concepts
Managing and executing group-wide HR initiatives and standards at the regional level
Analyzing HR metrics and deriving strategic measures
Close collaboration with local HR teams, Centers of Excellence and global HR stakeholders

University degree with a focus on Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable field
5–8 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international, technology
or software-oriented environment
Solid experience advising leaders at senior and executive levels
Strong understanding of organizational development, change management and modern HR practices
Experience working across the EMEA region and handling diverse legal and cultural frameworks
High strategic competence, excellent communication skills and assertiveness
Analytical mindset and solution

Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
