About this role
Role Overview
Manage and administer employee benefit programs, including insurance plans, time off policies, and wellness initiatives
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Provide guidance to employees on benefits and address inquiries or concerns
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of benefit services
Assist in global benefits harmonization efforts and share best practices across regions
Support benefits-related updates or enhancements in Workday and other systems
Draft, maintain, and optimize process and policy documentation related to benefits
Manage benefits invoice reconciliation in collaboration with Finance team
Assist with annual benefit renewal and enrollment processes and implementation of new programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
5-8 years of experience in Human Resources with 2-3 years of global benefits-specific experience
Proficient at using Workday for benefits management strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of local labor laws in EMEA; familiarity with US and/or APAC regulations is a plus
Proficient at using Google Sheets and Excel to audit and analyze data with full attention to detail
