About this role
Role Overview
Own the establishment and expansion of the Shopware partner ecosystem in France.
Identify, acquire and onboard new digital agencies, system integrators and solution partners (hunting), aligned with our strategic market positioning.
Develop and grow existing partner relationships (farming) with a clear focus on long-term collaboration and revenue growth.
Define and execute a scalable partner strategy for the French market in close coordination with Sales, Marketing and Product.
Take responsibility for achieving pipeline targets within your partner portfolio.
Enable partners through structured onboarding, training, joint business planning and ongoing performance management.
Execute joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing activities and local ecosystem events to raise brand awareness and drive demand.
Continuously analyze the French e-commerce landscape, competitive environment and partner potential to refine our market approach.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development or a comparable role in the ecosystem space.
Proven success in market development, partner acquisition and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the French e-commerce market, system integrators and the landscape of digital agencies.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a growth environment.
Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
Excellent negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills at both C-level and operational levels.
Professional proficiency in French and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
