About this role
Role Overview
Identify, qualify, and close new partnership opportunities across priority verticals
Own partner relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, activation, and ongoing management
Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through consistent activation and engagement
Build joint GTM plans with partners, including campaigns, events, and co-selling motions
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and executives within partner organizations
Work cross-functionally to solve partner challenges and deliver a seamless experience
Partner with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation and brand-building initiatives
Requirements
4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a related GTM role
Experience owning relationships and driving commercial outcomes
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in ambiguity
Experience using CRM and related tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
Experience in fintech, payments, or a high-growth startup environment (preferred)
Experience negotiating and structuring partnerships with commercial outcomes (preferred)
Exposure to complex or API-led partnerships (preferred)
Existing network in Canada within key verticals (ecommerce, tech, travel, professional services) (preferred)
Additional language skills (French is an asset) (preferred)
