Provide HR partnership and support onsite at the Denver, Colorado manufacturing plant
Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding flow
Respond to employee questions and concerns
Track attendance and leave, administer benefits, and coordinate payroll submissions
Provide coaching and guidance to plant leadership on HR programs and employee matters
Support employee relations practices, including leading investigations
Manage HR program administration and ensure compliance with EEO/AAP

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
3+ years of professional Human Resources experience in a manufacturing setting
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience with ERISA, EEOC, and DOL regulations
Experience communicating with employees and leaders
Experience with FMLA, Colorado’s Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI), and Colorado employment laws
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, UKG or similar systems, and HRIS platforms
Experience or desire to manage conflict and mediation needs
