About this role
Role Overview
Achieve monthly activity and pipeline targets
Track and manage daily KPIs, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Generate new opportunities through cold calling, email cadences, and digital channels
Conduct a high volume of outbound activity (approximately 250 calls per week)
Engage prospects to understand their business challenges and requirements
Qualify interest and book meetings for senior sales team members
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline data
Support wider sales and marketing initiatives
Share insights and ideas to continuously improve outreach performance
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in an outbound sales or sales development role
Experience selling B2B solutions, ideally SaaS
Proven ability to identify and generate new business opportunities
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Confident, professional communicator with a consultative approach
Team player with a genuine interest in sales
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
