Manage a portfolio of clients of variable sizes across different industries.
Proactively manage client expectations and be point-of-contact for clients. Working closely with Financial Controller/Director or Senior Executive levels in managing the audit specific requirements.
Manage international reporting process both to Group Auditors and from Component Auditors

Coordinate and project manage the allocation of staff resources to jobs
Lead teams on the planning; execution; and completion of audits
Provide technical auditing and accounting assistance to team members and clients
Report directly to senior manager/director on engagements
Assist with managing the team’s financial performance e.g. agreeing and billing of fees; cash collections; monitoring recoverability of WIP etc
Participate in the coaching, mentoring and appraisal of staff
Manage and coordinate the pitch/proposals for new work
Requirements
ACA or ACCA with minimum 3 years PQE
Can demonstrate strong technical auditing and accounting skills, including knowledge of the ISAs and accounting standards FRS100 to FRS102 and IFRS
Proven management skills and behaviours
A strong market/commercial awareness
Understands the operational aspects of managing an audit team and be accountable for results
Strong communication skills and client service ethos.
