About this role
Role Overview
Lead process improvement projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
Map and analyze current workflows to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities.
Co‑design streamlined processes with teams across the organization.
Apply change management practices to ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate solutions.
Monitor and measure the impact of implemented improvements.
Create clear documentation and training materials to support process understanding and uptake.
Lead process improvement projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline
Additional training or certification in process improvement (ex. Six Sigma) and change management (ex. Prosci) is highly desirable
Minimum 3 years of experience mapping and streamlining internal and external processes in a cross-regional context
Ability to deliver complex process improvements in a multicultural environment
Demonstrated experience in proactively identifying organizational improvement opportunities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Standard software packages (MS Office)
Process mapping and modeling tools
Visual collaboration tools (Miro)
Data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI)
ClickUp experience is a strong plus
Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
