Documenting and testing business rules and workflows to ensure alignment with compliance and business needs
Facilitating the adoption of best practices for IAM across the bank

Leadership and people management experience
Significant experience as a business analyst, preferably supporting IAM solutions and services
Understanding of risk methodologies and techniques
Knowledge of business process improvement, such as Lean Six Sigma
Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud, or similar IAM products
A certification or equivalent in business analysis from organisations such as IIBA or BCS
Experience of maintaining data, defining operational processes and partnering across product, operations and development groups
Experience of documenting business and system requirements, including documenting comprehensive use-cases
Experience with workflow automation, role mining, and access reviews, along with the ability to create process maps, use cases, and user stories
Proficiency with project tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Project
Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOX and GDPR
