Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
Oversee the finance system and maintain close collaboration with the CPA on all external accounting matters, ensuring timely provision of required documents to the CPA and the State Tax Inspectorate
Process distributor bonuses and manage banking operations for local branches with accuracy and compliance
Strategically plan, implement, and monitor budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with business goals
Manage and deliver accurate internal and external financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly schedule
Provide financial and operational support to the customer service team and contribute to additional projects assigned by the Country Manager
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support business strategy and decision-making
Support finance projects delegated by the regional team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in accounting/finance management, preferably in multinational companies
Strong knowledge of Bulgarian accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and banking operations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills in English; Bulgarian mandatory.
