Role Overview
- The TPM Lead
- FI Coordinator is the point person for the facility to the Regional CI Leader
- Creates a rapport with floor personnel to garner genuine Voice of the Employee (VOE) ideas for Kaizen Projects
- Provides administrative and data collection functions for plant Kaizen pre and post work
- Assists with trending and educating floor personnel on the importance of their engagement toward continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
- 2 year degree preferred, but can be working toward this goal
- Current/prior strong involvement with TPM teams
- Leadership training/experience
- Must be able to learn the tasks and responsibilities of this position
