Support legal analysis by reviewing pleadings and helping shape practical legal strategies
Draft, review, and analyze agreements and other contractual documentation with strong attention to detail
Coordinate with external counsel to maintain alignment on timelines, priorities, and expected outcomes
Build and maintain reliable tracking systems for legal documents and contracts
Audit legal processes and payment flows to improve accuracy and compliance
Monitor legislative changes, case law, and market developments, translating insights into business implications
Produce concise monthly reports highlighting key risks, opportunities, and implications
Assist with complex client inquiries that require legal interpretation
Resolve questions and complaints with a balance of legal precision and customer empathy
Contribute to a client experience that reinforces trust and credibility

Law degree in progress or recently completed
Fluent English, enabling daily collaboration with international stakeholders
Structured mindset with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
