Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Empathy, a confident manner, and assertiveness
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Clear, persuasive communication and strong presentation skills
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
- High level of organizational ability and solid commercial/business know-how
- Business-fluent German and English skills
- Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
