Achieve the established sales budgets and targets for your own customer portfolio
Continuously expand, develop and manage existing customer relationships
Support field sales colleagues in their daily business activities, including administrative desktop tasks such as receiving sales inquiries and providing quotations, sales information and pricing details in response to customer requests
Update pricing for customers and store this information on shared drives
Maintain customer contact in the context of service
and market-related studies
Prepare presentation materials, customized schedules, reports and flyers for customers
Resolve customer inquiries and issues that require input from Sales — update the sales pipeline, calculate contributions and process customer requests
Produce weekly and customer-specific ad-hoc statistics for analysis purposes, including performance reports and account monitoring, and provide forecasting information to other teams
Support the business onboarding of new customers
Requirements
You have completed vocational training in shipping or logistics
Ideally you already have professional experience in the relevant field
You enjoy working with customers
You are a strong communicator, service-oriented, work independently and thoughtfully, and enjoy working in a team
Good to very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Comfortable using common IT applications
