Onboarding: Assist with integrating new hires through the onboarding program.
Employee satisfaction: Help improve the internal employee satisfaction survey.
Meetup organization: Assist in organizing meetups (all Jumanji teams + partner startups meet every 3 months in a different city).
Community management: Help co-create and animate the internal community.
Organizing team trainings: Help identify future trainers for the team's twice-monthly training sessions.
DE&I: Contribute to organizing the annual Diversity, Equity & Inclusion event to raise awareness and engage all employees.
Additional HR topics/projects will be added over time to complement these missions.
Requirements
You are a Master's-level student, or preferably someone undergoing a professional retraining, eager to apply your HR knowledge.
Prior experience in project management.
Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, and Airtable (a strong plus).
Ability to deliver projects efficiently and with excellence, ensuring tangible, high-quality results.
You work independently and are autonomous.

Benefits
A part-time internship for 3 to 4 months (1 to 2 days per week) with Tuesday required; the other day can be chosen according to your schedule (note: this is not a work-study program).
