About this role
Role Overview
Develop the annual and quarterly regional marketing plan aligned to global objectives and regional revenue targets.
Partner with Regional Sales leadership on territory planning, ICP prioritization, and account segmentation.
Identify region-specific growth opportunities and adapt global initiatives accordingly.
Ensure alignment between regional activity and company-wide campaign themes.
Own regional marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets.
Execute integrated, multi-channel programs across:
Digital demand generation
ABM and target account engagement
Field events and executive roundtables
Partner marketing initiatives
Paid and performance campaigns
Drive full-funnel coordination in partnership with Global Demand Generation.
Design and deliver impactful field programs (virtual and in-person) tied to clear pipeline outcomes.
Activate regional partner and channel marketing initiatives to expand reach and influence.
Ensure executive presence and thought leadership in priority industries and events.
Localize messaging and proof points to increase resonance in UKI & Nordics markets.
Elevate regional customer stories and case studies.
Provide structured market feedback to Product Marketing and Global Marketing teams.
Monitor competitive landscape and buyer trends within the region.
Own regional marketing budget allocation and investment prioritization.
Track KPIs including:
Marketing-sourced pipeline
Conversion performance
Campaign ROI
Sales feedback on lead quality
Continuously optimize based on performance data.
Requirements
8–12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
Strong background in field marketing, regional demand generation, or integrated campaign leadership.
Experience working closely with enterprise Sales teams.
Proven ability to drive pipeline growth within a defined geography.
Commercially minded and performance-oriented.
Confident stakeholder communicator with cross-functional influence.
Fluent English required; Nordic language capabilities a plus.
