You independently manage the entire sales cycle: Own the deal — from lead generation and pre-qualification through discovery, negotiation and closing to renewals
Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet and exceed your revenue targets
Initiate and execute go-to-market campaigns and programs that successfully position our solutions in the market
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to analyze complex customer requirements
Build strong relationships with decision-makers — especially at C-level
Deliver compelling presentations and product demos at the executive level
Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures with a clear focus on sustainable, profitable deals
Maintain structured pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM
Represent our company onsite at customer locations, trade shows, industry events, and in digital formats
Requirements
Several years of full-cycle sales experience — ideally in a fast-growing software or SaaS environment
Solid SaaS experience in the DACH market
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious revenue targets
Extensive experience in field sales of complex enterprise solutions, particularly in the public sector or large organizations
Comfortable selling at the C-level and managing multiple stakeholders across different business areas
Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German and English
Builder mentality: you want to create and shape, not just manage
High self-motivation and the ability to manage projects and priorities independently
Solution-oriented mindset — even in complex or ambiguous situations
Experience in quarterly planning, forecasting, and structured new-logo acquisition
Willingness to travel (e.g., to customers or trade shows)
