Delivering against revenue targets and all key performance metrics;
Generating new business opportunities on an assigned territory (Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan), managing pipeline using prospecting tools, cold calling, participating in industrial events while building connections;
Managing the end-to-end sales process and resources to create and execute winning solution sales strategies;
Establishing relationships with VP/C-level buyers (Business and IT);
Developing and orchestrating sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales experience;
Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets;
Deep understanding of the client decision making process. High level of comfort with consultative sales methodologies;
Superb written and verbal communication and organizational skills;
4-year degree required, with technical curiosity and desire to learn;
Fluent in Ukrainian, spoken English would be an advantage but is not a must have requirement.
