Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred)
4-7 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment. (Preferred)
Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts. (Preferred)
Technical Leadership (Required)
Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)
Proficiency with business application software. (Required)
Ability to provide strategic direction in a leadership role. (Required)
Ability to create and deliver technical presentations. (Required)
Subject Matter Expertise in at least one area of focus (SDWAN/Edge, Security, Mobile Internet/Routers, etc.) (Required)
