International Contract Manager

Role Overview

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating international contracts and proposals (German and English)
• Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and legal requirements
• Communicating and negotiating with international suppliers and customers
• Obtaining and evaluating quotes and taking responsibility for purchasing
• Developing and optimizing procurement and contract processes
• Monitoring existing contracts, including deadlines and milestones
• Conducting risk analyses and identifying potential cost savings
• Performing research activities
• Supporting defense or enforcement of claims
• Collaborating with international partners, especially in the Asian region
• Providing support on legal questions related to contracts and general terms and conditions (GTC) law

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Experience in international contract management, procurement or logistics
• Excellent German and English skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Structured and solution-oriented work approach
• Analytical thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Knowledge of general terms and conditions (GTC) law or contract law
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant area
