Increase visibility & reach (Awareness)
Develop and implement SEO measures, including keyword research, website analyses and optimizations
Plan and manage our LinkedIn communications
Execute targeted ad campaigns to expand reach
Generate leads & support sales (Consideration & Conversion)
Implement and analyze digital campaigns for systematic lead generation
Use CRM and marketing automation tools
Customer retention & value enhancement (Retention & CLV)
Plan and run upselling, cross-selling and activation campaigns
Develop automated customer communications
Monitor current trends and technologies in digital marketing and derive strategic inputs for our marketing approach

Several years of experience in digital marketing and lead management — ideally in a B2B or service-oriented environment
You combine strategic planning with hands-on execution — across content, SEO/SEA, email marketing and conversion optimization
Confident working with KPIs, CRM systems and analytics tools
Ability to develop user-friendly, search-engine-optimized landing pages
Proficient with CMS and SEO tools and solid UX knowledge
Structured, self-motivated and with a strong hands-on mentality
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English is an advantage
