Manage key partner-led initiatives across Cloud, Technology/Product, and Services partner routes to market (e.g., partner field incentive design/programs, Marketplace partner revenue, new logo acquisition/customer expansion programs).
Document and standardize processes that drive operational excellence with Partner Development Managers and the broader Snowflake organization.
Manage key metrics and reporting for the partner team and for cross-functional stakeholders.
Work with PDMs to ensure team deliverables and metrics are on schedule with deadlines and team needs.
Demonstrate the ability to create a narrative and supporting analysis to influence decisions and outcomes, not just report on analytics.
Partner with sales, marketing, finance and operations leadership to formulate and communicate overall go-to-market strategy, across sales channels, geographies and segments.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics or other quantitative disciplines.
7+ years of professional experience with a core focus in GTM strategy, planning, operations, and/or partner management.
Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, marketing, product development, customer support and success, professional services.
Experience identifying, evaluating and analyzing business performance while working across multiple business units to drive decisions.
Experience with business modeling; operational and financial analysis.
Advanced data analysis/manipulation tools (proficiency with SQL and Excel required).
