You are responsible for leading a team of currently three to four Warehouse Managers.
You hold final responsibility for the effective and efficient execution of our logistics processes.
Your focus is on optimising these processes to consistently meet the high standards of our customers and the requirements from business to meet financial targets for your area of responsibility.
You ensure your team performs at its best by actively contributing to their growth.
You motivate and inspire your team to grow both individually and collectively.
You achieve this by driving process improvements, digitalisation, and automation to ensure efficiency and future readiness of our warehouse.
Requirements
passion for the logistics profession your enthusiasm is contagious
experience in a leadership role, preferably within transport or logistics
knowledge of and experience with Lean Six Sigma and managing impactful improvement and innovation projects
strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and define effective solutions or process improvements
fluency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
