Customer support and specialist advisory on Amazon accounting, VAT and EU tax matters
Analysis and optimization of existing customer setups
Interface work and close collaboration with Product and Support teams as well as external tax experts
Contribute to knowledge building and best practices in FAQs, the knowledge base, and documentation

Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte), tax specialist (Steuerfachwirt) or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in the tax field
Experience supporting clients or customers is an advantage
Confident handling of topics such as OSS (One-Stop-Shop), EU VAT and platform taxation
Ideally experience in the e-commerce environment, particularly with Amazon or other marketplaces
Structured, meticulous and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills in German; good English skills are a plus
