Owning lifecycle management: From onboarding new joiners to supporting offboarding, you’ll ensure devices, accounts, and access are provisioned efficiently and securely.
First-Line Support: You’ll manage the IT support queue, triaging and resolving tickets to ensure colleagues can stay productive and focused on impact.
Creating a seamless workplace experience: You’ll keep meeting rooms, AV equipment, and shared IT spaces running reliably so collaboration never skips a beat.
Protecting access and security: You’ll provision and manage access to our software tools, maintaining strong security and governance standards.
Requirements
You’re looking for an entry-level role, or you’re early in your IT career and eager to grow.
