What you'll be doing:
Paid Media Management: Launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
AI-Driven Production: Using AI (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to generate advertising offers, video scripts, and visual concepts.
Landing Page Creation: Assembling and refining landing pages using builders (Lovable, Webflow) with a focus on high conversion.
Design and Creative: Creating simple graphic materials and static banners (in Figma, Canva, or using AI) for hypothesis testing.
Hypothesis Testing: Continuously running A/B tests (creatives, audiences, offers) and finding ways to reduce cost per lead (CPA).
Analytics: Working with GA4 and an internal CRM to track funnel performance from click to bike rental.
What we expect from you:
Performance experience: At least 2 years of working with paid traffic to Western markets (US is a plus).
AI Mastery: You actively use AI tools for writing texts, creating images, and analyzing data, allowing you to work 2-3 times faster.
Tech Skills: Ability to independently create a high-quality landing page and create a neat banner (without waiting for a designer).
Data-driven approach: You make decisions based on data (CTR, CR, CAC, ROMI) and understand how your actions impact the company's profit.
English: Level B1+ (Intermediate and above) – fluent written communication, understanding of courier slang and the US market.
Flexibility: Ability to work at a startup's pace and quickly switch between tasks
