About this role
Role Overview
Implement financial cubes, standard reports, and dashboards based on business requirements and BI best practices.
Build and maintain financial models to support both local and global finance stakeholders.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across BI solutions and financial reports, supporting a single version of the truth (SVOT).
Collaborate closely with finance teams to capture and translate business needs into clear requirements for the Global BI team in IT, including backend and semantic models.
Contribute to the modernization of our financial reporting landscape in connection with new ERP, BI and EPM implementations and process automation.
Support standardization of reporting and analytics across entities and regions.
Deliver BI training sessions and user support for finance colleagues globally, promoting self-service analytics and data driven decision making.
Work with stakeholders across Group Finance and our Shared Service Center to continuously improve existing BI solutions and prepare the next generation of platforms.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Have hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar
Possess a solid understanding of ERP systems and their impact on financial operations and reporting
Have practical experience in financial reporting, data automation and dashboard development
Have strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and a structured, proactive working style
Can communicate complex and technical topics in a clear, understandable way to nontechnical stakeholders
