Responsible for carrying out payroll tasks for the company in accordance to company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws.
Duties include historical edits, entering deduction adjustments, confirmation of data sets, creation of payroll reports, processing checks and direct deposit returns, processing final payouts, garnishments, and special projects.
Requirements

High school diploma, or equivalent, required
Superior computer skills required
Must possess strong personal organization and time management, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Ability to multi-task is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Strong understanding of payroll accounting, payroll best practices, and payroll application systems
Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player
Prior experience in payroll in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
