About this role
Role Overview
Provide expert advice to and guide the team in building, developing, or designing functionality for new products
Optimize Salesforce platform and other key technology products supporting Fannie Mae’s Single-Family business
Take end-to-end responsibility for the lifecycle of features and integrations at the squad-level
Partner with program leadership to shape the product roadmap
Manage dependencies across different stakeholder groups and systems
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and coordinate daily delivery using tools like Jira and Confluence
Support change management efforts by creating training materials
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide guidance and coordination for junior product managers and business subject matter experts
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in product management
Experience using product management tools like Jira or Confluence
Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear strategic recommendations
Proven track record operating in a mature Agile/Scrum environment, with experience owning the backlog for a development squad
Familiarity with major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Strong proficiency in the suite of Microsoft products, such as PowerPoint, Excel
Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders and work effectively within a diverse team
Experience rolling out sales enablement tools and connected user experiences
Previous work related to digital product design and development
Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM)
