- Independent advice and support for clients in all areas of individual employment law and collective labor law
- Negotiations with works councils and drafting of works agreements
- Independently leading complex labor court proceedings
- Managing projects across legal practice areas and coordinating interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Excellent legal qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in labor/employment law
- Certified Specialist in Labor Law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht)
- Independent and self-reliant working style
- Professional demeanor
- Business-fluent English, both spoken and written
- Strong commercial/business understanding
- Enjoys advising clients and participating in client acquisition/business development
