Role Overview
- Handling medium
- to high-complexity cases and managing a strategic caseload;
- Drafting pleadings and procedural documents throughout the litigation process;
- Representation in administrative and judicial proceedings before the MPT (Public Labor Prosecutor's Office);
- Conducting hearings and oral arguments;
- Providing legal advice on routine matters and specific projects.
Requirements
- Law degree (completed)
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
- Advanced English proficiency is a plus
- Experience with strategic litigation
