Be the category reference for end-to-end commercial vision, acting as the owner of planning: OTB (Open-to-Buy)/purchase budget, forecast, replenishment, targets, performance and profitability throughout the cycle;
Lead executive performance routines (weekly/monthly), structuring result analysis and recommending decisions to the segment manager and partner areas (not just reporting numbers);
Master and deepen business KPIs, identifying correlations and root causes and translating data into actionable commercial levers (sales, margin, turnover, coverage, stockouts, markdowns, mix, etc.);
Perform advanced analyses and scenario planning (what-if), assessing impact of decisions (e.g., mix change, repricing, replenishment, channel prioritization) and supporting tactical/strategic decisions;
Orchestrate cross-functional interfaces (product/product managers, replenishment, commercial, BI, finance/FP&A, operations), ensuring alignment between plan, execution and results while acting with a consultative posture and influence;
Raise the level of governance and data quality, standardizing metrics, defining assumptions and ensuring consistency of data sources, reports and dashboards;
Operate with autonomy and ownership in complex/high-pressure scenarios, prioritizing demands and ensuring predictability of deliveries;
Lead process improvements and automations, seeking efficiency in routines (dashboards, performance tracking, system inputs), reducing rework and increasing reliability;
Mentor/coach analysts (when applicable), supporting technical development, routine organization and the team’s analytical quality;
Operate and optimize the use of tools such as MFP/Oracle, Power BI and Tableau, acting as the focal point for analysis and performance guidance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.);
Solid senior-level experience in Commercial Planning/Demand Planning/Replenishment/BI/Commercial or related areas, with a track record of driving results;
Business acumen and mastery of KPIs: ability to prioritize levers and support recommendations;
