Support the execution of marketing initiatives for Dexcom’s Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products in pharmacy, retail and OTC channels across Australia and New Zealand.
Implement OTC marketing campaigns across pharmacy networks or general health and wellness mediums, ensuring alignment with ANZ marketing strategy and global brand guidelines.
Coordinate promotional activities including but not limited to digital advertising, media advertising, in-store merchandising, and point-of-sale materials to drive consumer awareness and adoption.
Utilise InDesign, PhotoShop and other Adobe Creative Suite technology to support HCP & DTC teams asset creation across these various channels.
Support digital initiatives and execution targeting various audience segments including but not limited to social media, media or out of home channels, email marketing, website content and educational content.
Monitor campaign performance/ROI and provide insights for optimization.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with TGA (Australia) and ASA Therapeutic Code (NZ) regulations, as well as internal Marketing/Legal/Regulatory processes.
Maintain accurate documentation for approvals and audits.
Liaise with pharmacy chains, distributors, media/digital/creative agency partners and internal sales teams to coordinate marketing activities.
Track OTC campaign KPIs, including sales uplift, consumer engagement, and ROI. Prepare regular reports for leadership team as required.
Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
You have between 3-5 years of progressive experience in healthcare or consumer health product management/OTC/retail, with a proven track record of success from concept development to launch.
You have demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
You have sound knowledge of the relevant market space, competitor offerings, and industry trends will be advantageous.
You have good knowledge of the major healthcare systems in ANZ will be advantageous.
You have sound project management skills will be advantageous.
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global, regional, and local management teams.
You have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
