Enable the MarComms team to operate efficiently and confidently by leading tooling support, strengthening core operational systems, and providing high-quality project management
Manage and improve a portfolio of operational tools for media relations and reporting
Support the transition to automated tracking and reporting through coordination and documentation
Organize foundational MarComms systems including onboarding materials and documentation hygiene
Coordinate cross-functional projects with clear timelines and stakeholder involvement
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in operations, program management, marketing operations or a similar role
Experience using Meltwater Explore, Engage, and Klear required
Demonstrated experience managing operational tools (e.g., onboarding teams to tools, maintaining systems, creating documentation, improving workflows)
Experience supporting reporting workflows, dashboards or operational system transitions preferred
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience maintaining documentation systems (e.g., Confluence or similar knowledge bases)
Experience working within marketing, communications or growth-oriented teams preferred.
